Abstract

The growth of on-line membership in social network sites (SNS) creates additional channels for collaboration and communication between marketers, social network members and business product/service transaction websites. Scant communication and interaction theory exists on how social network members can be drawn to market-specific websites. We explore such motivations and consumptions theoretically, and develop targeted on-line marketing approaches.
