Abstract
In the post industrial global economy, new companies are being values by the market in terms of potential and knowledge assets and not tangible assets. today the single most important source of competitive advantage is human capital and Knowledge Management (KM). A leader's role is critical in developing a sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) for the organisation and creating organisational success. The paper compares the leadership style of two prominent business leaders employing Integrated Human Capital Development (IHCD)model.
