Abstract

[Extract] Drugs and drug products are exposed to a number of environmental elements such as heat, moisture, oxygen and light with combinations of these stresses causing complex behavior. The photostability of drugs has been reviewed over the years by a number of authors. For this chapter, the literature has been explored to review the photostability of drugs and drug products, published since 2005.
