Abstract
[Extract] With the finalisation by the Commissioner of procedures for disclosing protected taxpayer information in June 2011, the last piece in the drawn out process of standardising and consolidating the taxation laws relating to the secrecy obligation on taxation officers, and others in possession of taxpayer information, is complete.
