Abstract

This chapter further elaborates on the concept of resilience education and its application in the learning management framework. It links resilience education to Lynch and Smith's concept of 'workplace ready' and 'futures oriented' learning managers. It offers examples of the declarative and procedural knowledge required to achieve this.
