Abstract
This article explores how arts-based ADR training can be used to help conflict resolution practitioners develop artistry in practice. It explores how engagement in arts-based experiential learning methods offer alternative modes for understanding, expression and representation of knowledge in mediation and conflict resolution practice. It explores how the use of images, painting and exposure to performance can be used as a catalyst for inquiry, reflection and seeing things anew.
