Abstract
[Extract] Nearly 100 budding vets from across Australasia braved the floods to attend the 50th Australasian Veterinary Student Conference (AVSC) at James Cook University (JCU) from 24–31 January. This milestone also coincided with another one for the vet school, with the first cohort of JCU veterinary science students due to graduate this year.
