Abstract
[Extract] The Centre addresses two issues of major economic, environmental and social importance to Australia: maintaining the international competitiveness of an industry of major national importance while protecting environmentally sensitive areas of world heritage value. Its outputs reflect ‘public good’ and ‘direct industry benefit’ elements.
