Abstract

The last four years have seen massive transformational change within the Queensland Child Protection system with three major government department restructures and funding and service reform for the non-government sector. This paper describes efforts to create a learning Child Protection system within the Mackay Whitsunday Region. A case study approach is used in the application of the work of Peter Senge and Patricia Rowe.
